At AND Solutions, we build AI-powered financial infrastructure used by banks, fintechs, and regulated institutions across Southeast Asia.

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Bangkok and own our prospecting and pipeline.

This is a full-ownership role for someone who loves the grind of outreach, genuinely enjoys talking to people, and wants to build real relationships with prospects.

The Role

• Drive Our Pipeline – Reach out to prospects, have discovery conversations, and figure out who's actually a good fit for us
• Own Lead Generation & Qualification – From first touch through to booking meetings for our business development team
• Keep Our CRM Clean – Maintain organized records and share what you're learning about the market
• Collaborate Across Borders – Work with teams in multiple countries, learn from different perspectives, and contribute to a truly global effort
• Hit Your Targets – You own your numbers, and you see the direct impact of your work on our growth

What You Bring

• 2–3 years doing sales development or inside sales in B2B environments
• Track record in SaaS or tech sales
• Fintech or financial services experience is a huge plus (but we can teach you)
• Really strong English—you can write, talk, and communicate clearly
• Genuine curiosity about people and their problems
• You're motivated by metrics, comfortable with commission, and want to own your results
