As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play an important role in introducing prospective customers to Reward Gateway. You’ll build relationships with HR and People leaders; understand the challenges they’re looking to solve and create meaningful opportunities for our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in creating new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand by building relationships with HR and People leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Building relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, events and other outreach channels.
· Researching organisations to understand their business priorities and people challenges.
· Conducting thoughtful discovery conversations to identify opportunities where Reward Gateway can add value.
· Qualifying opportunities and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.
· Working closely with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.
· Maintaining accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce.
· Developing a strong understanding of Reward Gateway’s products, customers and the HR technology landscape.
· Contributing to a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team culture.
Continuously developing your skills through coaching, feedback and SDR Academy.

About you

Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Success or another customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential.

Most importantly, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

What success looks like
During your first few months, you’ll focus on learning our customers, products, sales methodology and outbound approach while building confidence through structured coaching and support.

As you become established in the role, success will include:
· Consistently creating high-quality sales opportunities.
· Contributing towards seasonal pipeline targets.
· Building trusted relationships with prospective customers and internal stakeholders.
· Maintaining high standards of CRM accuracy and sales discipline.
· Continuing to develop your commercial and sales capability.

What you'll receive
· Competitive base salary of $80,000–$85,000 + Superannuation
· OTE of $105,000+
