The SDR acts as a crucial link between marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth transitions of leads into the sales pipeline. Your responsibilities will include following up on inbound leads, re-engaging dormant leads, and maintaining effective communication to drive sales opportunities. This role demands excellent organizational skills, persistence, and a customer-first mindset.

To ensure a seamless flow of qualified leads for the sales team by managing and advancing inbound leads while maintaining long-term engagement with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Lead Qualification: Manage and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
Lead Nurturing: Re-engage dormant leads and maintain contact with potential clients who are not yet ready to convert, keeping them informed of company updates and services.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system to support the sales team.
Appointment Scheduling: Collaborate with prospects to schedule discovery calls or demos with the sales team.
Support for Account-Based Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to personalize outreach for specific accounts or industries.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights and suggestions to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
