Who we’re looking for
Fieldwire is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to break into tech sales, learn from a high-performing team, and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
As an SDR at Fieldwire, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to drive top-of-funnel activity and create a pipeline for our Account Executive team. You’ll leverage a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and industry research to connect with decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and position Fieldwire as a valuable solution.

Compensation
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $45,000-$51,000.
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary, you may be eligible for a compensation variable bonus which can range up to $25,000
