Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Noida
Experience: 1–5 Years
Industry Preference: Digital Marketing / IT Services / Technology Services

About the Role

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development within digital marketing, IT services, or technology-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients across target industries and geographies.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other channels to generate qualified leads.

  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and identify potential opportunities.

  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales consultants.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to improve prospecting strategies.

  • Consistently achieve lead generation, meeting booking, and pipeline growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, sales development, or business development.

  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Services sales is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.

  • Strong research, prospecting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to clients in the US, Europe, or other international markets.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools.

  • Exposure to digital marketing services, web development, eCommerce solutions, or technology consulting services.
