What You’ll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads daily (we provide data + support)
Booking qualified appointments for our senior sales team and strategists
Managing your pipeline using HubSpot and optimising your workflow
Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign targeting
Hitting daily KPIs: 70 fresh connects, 5 booked, 3 run (we’re clear and fair)
Constantly improving your talk tracks, objection handling, and results
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of SDR or phone-based sales experience
Proven ability to hit (or exceed) daily and monthly KPIs
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Confident, competitive, and hungry to grow professionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
Bonus if you’ve worked in marketing, SaaS, or agency sales
