Job Description

About Crimson

Crimson Education is the world’s leading college admissions consulting firm, with over 1,490 Ivy League offers and 2,410 to the US Top 15. We help ambitious students gain admission to the world’s top universities through expert-led guidance and proven, data-driven strategies. Crimson students are 7x more likely to get into the Ivy League than their peers. We were recently featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal

We’re the only college admissions consultancy that brings together:

  • Former Ivy League and Top 20 admissions officers to rigorously review and refine applications

  • Professors and PhD teaching fellows from leading universities to guide students through original, independent research — with pathways to selective peer-reviewed publication or conference presentation

  • Past ISEF winners and judges who coach students to compete for state, national, and international science fair awards

  • Capstone project mentors who help students design and scale leadership initiatives with real-world impact, measurable outcomes, and credible external validation

We’re backed by leading VC firms, including Tiger Global, Heal Partners, IceHouse Ventures, and Movac, and recently closed a USD $40M Series D funding round at a USD $640M valuation. We now operate across 21 markets worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

The Role

  • Own and manage the inbound pipeline, ensuring timely engagement, qualification, and progression of high-intent families

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to improve pipeline visibility, lead flow management, and conversion performance

  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback, lead quality insights, webinar/event strategy, and customer acquisition initiatives

  • Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend improvements to pipeline management, outreach strategy, follow-up cadence, and customer experience

  • Support the execution of localized growth initiatives including webinars, events, partnerships, and referral programs

  • Book and position high-quality consultations for Academic Advisors through thoughtful qualification and strategic positioning

  • Contribute to outbound business development efforts through referrals, community engagement, and targeted outreach

  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within Salesforce

  • Continuously refine messaging, objection handling, and communication strategies to improve conversion outcomes

  • Represent Crimson professionally and build trust quickly with prospective families throughout the admissions journey

What skills and experience are required?

  • Strong commercial instinct and interest in growth strategy, customer acquisition, and pipeline optimization

  • Proven ability (or demonstrated potential) to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and create urgency thoughtfully

  • Highly organized with strong operational discipline and attention to detail

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with both sales and marketing stakeholders

  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a willingness to identify process improvements and operational opportunities

  • Strong CRM and pipeline management capabilities (Salesforce experience preferred)

  • Experience in education, professional services, consulting, or high-consideration sales environments is an asset

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping scale a growing business

Why work for Crimson?

  • Flexible working environment, you will be empowered to structure how you work

  • Limitless development and exposure- our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year.

  • $1,000 NZD training budget per year- we love to level up!

  • Radical Candour is a feedback approach we live by
