What you’ll own as the Sales Development Representative
Research and identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools).
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential fit for our products/services.
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $24.47-$36.08. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location.
