This APAC role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region, with a primary base in Hong Kong. You will leverage your relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills to expand our client base by engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will also tailor and deliver compelling presentations that communicate our product offerings effectively across diverse markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify leads for our services through outbound calls, emails, and Linkedin outreach.
  • Engage with new subscribers and warm prospects to understand their needs and schedule sales calls.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of service and delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and the legal information industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead progress in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all client interactions and data handling comply with LBR policies.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • A genuine interest in developing a career in business development.
  • Able to work in Hong Kong
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A global mindset and ability to work with international clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
