Spread across five verticals, including Operations, New Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, and Partnerships, Clearwater Sales is instrumental in broadening our existing footprint by delivering strategic business initiatives.
The Role:
As aSalesDevelopment Representative (SDR), you willbe responsible forintroducingCWANto prospects, kicking off andsettingthe tone for the sales cycle, helping to drive our growth. You willbe responsible forcreating,identifyingand qualifyingnew salesleadsand learning from seasoned,high performingsales executives. Yourobjectiveis to educate prospective clients about the value of our product and services, helping toset meetings for key decision makers and our sales and subject matter experts. WhatYou’llDo:
Create outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
Research targeted personas within the Enterprise sales team’sHedge FundAccounts to ensure effective conversations
Initiate contact with targeted prospects by sending personalized emails, cold calling and direct mail and social media touch points
Achieveorexceedgoal for sales qualified leads and sales accepted leads (in both quantity and quality) and ensure proper handoff to Sales toassistin growing the revenue of the company
Proactively learnCWANproducts and services, competitor products, and industry
Offerpertinent resources (white papers, e-books, infographics, relevant blog articles) to prospectsin an attempt tofoster a relationship and increase education in theearly stagesof the buying process
Create relationships withprospectstoidentifytheir potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
Meet with your assigned Sales Reps andestablishexpectations of your partnership
WhatYou’llNeed:
2+ years of experience in a lead-generating role or sales
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Drive to achieve results through ownership, process optimization, and upstanding character
A passion for learning
High-energy, team-first and problem-solving mentality
Track recordof prior success and strong work ethic
A strong understanding and well-defined reason for being interested in a sales career
Ability to engage in meaningful conversations at all levels of management
Excellent relationship building skills
Knowledge of a CRM or database is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft office / Google package

Salary Range
$54,000 - 70,000 + variable + RSUs
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will bedeterminedbased on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right tomodifythis pay range at any time.
