  • Communication Skills: You have a great telephone manner and the ability to explain ideas clearly and simply.

  • Persistence: You have a positive attitude and the steady determination needed to succeed in outbound sales.

  • Ambition: You are keen to learn, open to feedback, and want to build a long-term career within a growing global firm.

  • Basic Tech Skills: You are comfortable using computers and CRM systems to manage your daily tasks.

Why This Role?

  • Career Progression: Advancement is a big part of the company culture. You will have a clear path with set milestones to help you move into senior sales or leadership roles.

  • Strong Commission: Your hard work is noticed and rewarded. On top of a competitive base salary, there is a clear and fair commission scheme.

  • Genuine Hybrid Working: You will have a flexible hybrid model that lets you work from both home and the office.

  • Professional Office Environment: Located in the heart of Belfast, the office is modern, professional, and a great place to work alongside a focused team.
