About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Melbourne office and help drive growth across a variety of inbound and outbound initiatives. This is a dynamic role with room for flexibility depending on business needs and team focus, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys learning quickly, adapting, and being part of a fast-moving environment.
As an SDR, you’ll play an important role in connecting with potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and helping create strong pipeline for the sales team. You’ll also collaborate closely with marketing and other managers across the business, gaining exposure to different projects and helping shape how we approach new opportunities and customer segments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales
  • Tech-savvy with fast onboarding capability
  • Energetic, driven, and ready to grow into an AE role
  • Strong objection handling and demo confirmation discipline
  • Independent and curious to learn
  • Engage with prospective customers across inbound and outbound channels
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities in the Australia / APAC region
  • Support pipeline growth for the Account Executive team
  • Conduct outreach, book meetings, lead qualification conversations, and manage follow-up
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and smooth handoff processes
  • Contribute to different projects and initiatives depending on team priorities and market needs
