We’re looking for a high-energy
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with a true
hunter mentality
to drive the top-of-funnel pipeline for our global sales organization. You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers/C-suite across the U.S. market through
cold calling
, outbound email, and LinkedIn outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on proactive outreach, understands how to personalize messaging, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
Conduct high-volume
cold calling
to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
Execute multi-touch outbound sequences across
phone, email, and LinkedIn
.
Research target accounts and identify high-potential prospects.
Craft compelling outreach messaging tailored to buyer personas and industries.
Develop a deep understanding of our AI-driven offerings and confidently speak to their value.
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data - we use Hubspot.
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including calls, meetings booked, and SQL generation.
1-3 years
experience as an SDR or BDR.
Proven success in
cold calling
with strong objection-handling skills.
Experience prospecting into the
U.S. market
(B2B & B2C).
Solid foundational understanding of
AI
, AI-based tools, or the broader tech/SaaS landscape.
Someone who is naturally competitive, self-driven, and persistent- a

Excellent communication skills - concise, confident, and persuasive.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume outreach.
