Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the front line in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to jumpstart their sales career by mastering outbound sales. The SDR will play a pivotal role in bringing additional revenue to the business through outbound efforts. The ideal candidate will be success-driven, disciplined, and operationally sharp, excelling in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification. This role is the gateway to more advanced sales roles, suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Use cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential customers and build a strong outbound pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points, needs, and potential fit for DoorLoop’s solutions.
• Proactively cold call prospects to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule demos with Account Executives (AEs).
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM (Salesforce), track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads, discovery calls, and booked meetings.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a sales role (SDR, BDR, cold calling, or prospecting experience preferred).
• Strong ability to cold call, generate leads, and prospect across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing tasks, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; motivated to continuously learn and improve.
• Eager to understand DoorLoop’s product and confidently address prospect needs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach.
• Driven, coachable, and hungry to grow a career in SaaS sales.

Compensation Range

$80,000 OTE (Fixed: $48K base + $32K commission)

Commission is uncapped, and both base salary and commission structure are fixed and standardized for all candidates, regardless of experience level.
