Job Description

Our client seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented individual who is laser-focused on building a strong sales pipeline. Every day you will be responsible for cold-calling prospects, educating the market about the power of our Company, generating opportunities and setting appointments. You will become an expert at using lead generation tools to routinely extract contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists of prospects. You must be able to conduct business development best practices with email, phone, and social using the Company platform.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will help build our sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their unique needs, and identifying the best way to position Company. You’ll have the opportunity to master your sales skills in an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth. About this position:
  •  Prospect for leads, averaging 90 outbound calls per day.
  •  Collaborate with the field and inside sales teams to develop creative outreach strategies.
  •  Schedule product demonstrations for field and inside sales representatives.
  •  Invest in the future of your career through an extensive sales training program and on the spot coaching.
Skill Sets:
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •   Passion for sales and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  •   High customer empathy and ability to handle objections
  •   Previous sales experience is great, but not required
