Work Setup & Collaboration

What You'll Do

Research and target
B2B decision-makers, including Founders and Heads of Sales, within the professional services sector.

Execute multi-channel sequences
across email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate high-intent discovery meetings.

Craft bespoke outreach
that sounds human and demonstrates deep prospect research, avoiding generic templates or scripts.

Manage the CRM pipeline
daily to ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting of sales opportunities.

Analyze outreach metrics
to identify what messaging resonates and pivot strategies accordingly.

Collaborate cross-functionally
with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Own the top-of-funnel strategy
for assigned territories, acting as the primary voice of the brand for new prospects.

Iterate on sales collateral
based on direct market feedback to improve conversion rates.
Success Indicators

Consistently hit or exceed weekly targets for qualified discovery meetings booked.

Maintain a steady flow of prospects that convert to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Maintain a high "show rate" for meetings by ensuring prospects are properly vetted and briefed.

Sales Executive
role within 6 months.
Required Qualifications

Proven Outreach Experience:
Demonstrated success in a cold outreach role (SDR/BDR) with a track record of booking meetings.

Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the
UK and/or US B2B landscapes
and professional services industry norms.

Strategic Research:
Ability to use tools (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) to find "hooks" that make outreach relevant and timely.

Human-Centric Writing:
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write
persuasive, non-templated copy
