At Owens Corning it’s our people that make the difference. We foster an inclusive environment where all Owens Corning employees are heard and appreciated for the value each distinct voice brings to the team. Each employee has the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, learn from one another and maximize the potential of a global workplace.
The Inside Sales Professional role is a part of our Owens Corning Sales Development Program (SDP) and is designed to recruit outstanding, early-career sales talent through a structured 18-24-month sales development opportunity in the Roofing business. Throughout the program, SDPs will be members of the Inside Sales team, directly supporting a region, and partnering with Area Sales Managers. SDPs will be part of the sales team plan and will play a critical role in the success of the regional objectives through leading trainings, customer interactions, and special projects.
Once SDPs have acquired the necessary skills for successful territory management, we work together to identify an Area Sales Manager position. This program facilitates the development of sales competencies through challenging experiences with a defined training curriculum that builds knowledge in Customer Operations, Consultative Sales Strategy, Territory Management, Pricing Strategy, and Product Expertise.
Maintain, develop and create customer relationships

You are being hired into the Sales Development Program, a structured early career development program with an expected duration of approximately 18-24 months. Continued participation and successful completion of the program are contingent upon strong performance and fulfillment of all program requirements. Upon completion of the program, participants are expected to actively explore, pursue, and apply for available roles within the organization that align program expectations and business needs. Flexibility in both role and geographic location, including relocation, is an expectation of participation. Declining available roles may limit opportunities and could impact continued employment upon program completion, including being considered a voluntary resignation if available opportunities are rejected.
