We are currently looking for a Sales Development Manager (f/m/d) in the Netherlands to help grow our Institutional business, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. Customers include restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

Your mission:
You will be responsible for your geographic area (all NL or a large region in NL) and your sector to prospect and retain an extensive customer portfolio of professionals in hospitality, catering, public and facility care (hotels, restaurant chains, catering companies, schools, amusement parcs, …)
You will build a sales plan and funnel to visit prospects and convince them to work with Ecolab products to ensure their hygiene goals.
You will manage, retain and grow your existing customer portfolio and demonstrate our Total Value Delivered (TVD) by presenting Executive business reviews based on the service reports of our operational team.
You will work closely with our service team, sales team and partners within the company to implement best practices and resolve customer issues.
You plan your days and appointments in an organizational and productive manner.
You are eager to learn and constantly educate yourself on Ecolab product/service offerings and industry conditions to achieve successful customer results.
You will be responsible for the preparation of tenders, drawing up calculations and implementing price changes.
Your Profile:
You have minimum 5 years of experience in field sales to professionals, ideally in an activity related to services.
You have previous experience in the general management of a client portfolio (acquiring new clients and developing existing ones).
You have experience within our segment of customers.
With sincere prospection and negotiation skills you combine result orientation, tenacity, relational ease, persuasiveness, autonomy and organization.
You are ambitious to grow in our organization.
You speak Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
You have a valid driver's licence
