We are looking for an exceptional BDR Manager based in New York to lead, coach, and develop our Business Development Representative team. You’ll be instrumental in driving pipeline generation for our America's sales team, supporting our continued growth across the region as we help companies modernize and humanize their HR.
This person will bring a strong track record of building and leading high-performing outbound BDR or SDR teams in SaaS, with a hands-on approach to coaching, call execution, outbound strategy, and pipeline creation. They’ll know how to motivate teams, create accountability, and use data to continuously improve performance across activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Base salaries for this role range are $125,000-$140,000. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.
