As our new Sales Development Engineer (Data Centre), Commercial Building Services Indonesia, you will be spearheading sales development for data centre solutions across Indonesia, building strong customer relationships and driving specification of Grundfos pumping solutions into critical infrastructure projects.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Building Services (CBS) Indonesia team, you'll create impact by Driving the adoption of energy-efficient, reliable pumping solutions that power the data centres shaping Indonesia's digital future.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the data centre segment, engaging with consultants, contractors, and end-users across Indonesia
• Provide technical consultation on Grundfos pumping solutions for HVAC cooling, fire protection, and water supply systems in data centre projects
• Build and manage a robust project pipeline by tracking upcoming data centre developments and securing early-stage specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams including application engineers and product specialists to deliver optimal, energy-efficient solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product positioning

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically strong sales professional with a solid understanding of HVAC or mechanical systems, a hunter mentality for new business, and a genuine enthusiasm for sustainable infrastructure. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical (or related technical discipline)
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales or business development within HVAC, data centers, or building services industries
• Strong knowledge of pumping systems, cooling infrastructure, or mechanical installations in commercial or industrial buildings
• Direct experience with data centre projects or mission-critical facility infrastructure
• Established network of consultants, contractors, or developers in the Indonesian building services market
