Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Assist in systematically mapping, filtering, and qualifying potential B2B installers in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Data Analysis & Dashboarding: Analyze market opportunities in MS Excel and build clear, intuitive dashboards in Power BI to visually track progress, conversion rates, and performance.
  • Process Implementation: Support the deployment and integration of the new acquisition processes into the daily workflows of our three sales teams.
  • Customer Onboarding & Activation: Actively contribute to and help structure the process for successfully onboarding and activating newly acquired customers.
  • Strategic Input: Provide valuable insights and ideas for our broader go-to-market and business development strategy in the Benelux.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Business Development, Data Analytics, or a related commercial/analytical field.
  • Analytical Skills: You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.) and a strong interest or experience in working with Power BI.
  • Business Acumen: You are fascinated by sales strategy, process optimization, and the dynamics of B2B business development.
  • Communicative & Proactive: You work in a structured manner, show initiative, and possess the interpersonal skills to engage and guide sales teams through process changes.
  • Language Skills: You have fluent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French. English is the overall working language for internal alignment.

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1116.90/month.

  • If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
  • In case you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
