- Structure and desk retail vehicle transactions
- Partner with sales professionals to maximize deal profitability
- Assist with negotiations and closing opportunities
- Monitor and manage daily sales performance
- Train, coach, and develop sales team members

- Previous automotive sales management or desk management experience
- Superior deal structuring and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and profitability
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
