The Sales Desk Manager at Elder Ford of Tampa leads our sales team to ensure sales targets and exceptional customer service are achieved. This role is responsible for training, cross-training, and developing all sales staff while creating a seamless Ford customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales goals are met and exceeded
  • Manage daily activity and training of sales staff
  • Ensure all sales associates engage with customers and deliver the signature Ford experience
  • Coach and develop sales staff for continuous improvement
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotions
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and performance tracking

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • CDK Experience a Plus!
  • 3+ years of Ford Sales Manager Experience
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
