What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision Guide and inspire our high-performing sales team to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.
• Drive the Audi Experience Ensure every client interaction reflects the prestige and innovation of the Audi brand.
• Maximize Results Oversee deal flow, manage inventory, and deliver profitability while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Analyze & Innovate Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Luxury Automotive Expertise Proven leadership in a dealership environment, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Passion for Audi Excellence A deep appreciation for the Audi brand, with the ability to convey its innovation and performance to clients and the team.
• Results-Driven Leadership A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

This is a commissioned position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which include: $120,000-$135,000
