Design Consultant | Uncapped Earnings | $150K to $250K+ Potential
Serving Northern Michigan including Traverse City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Alpena and surrounding areas

BathWorks of Michigan, the nation’s fastest growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, is hiring experienced, people focused Design Consultants to join our growing team. We remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using premium Jacuzzi products, and we are on a mission to Create Smiles, One Home at a Time.

If you enjoy sales, design, and helping people improve their homes, this is an opportunity to build a serious career with uncapped earning potential.

What You Will Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre set appointments
• Design custom bath and shower solutions using Jacuzzi products
• Guide customers through a professional and consultative buying process
• Deliver a five star customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for sales, design, and helping people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self driven, competitive, and coachable
• Someone who lives our core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage
• Willing to travel throughout Northern Michigan for appointments
• Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm
• Able to run at least 11 appointments per week
