We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Entry Administrator to join our Lismore team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and processed efficiently, helping our sales, production, and dispatch teams deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As a Sales Data Entry Administrator, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining sales information, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Working closely with sales, production, and customer service teams, you'll ensure orders are entered correctly and production schedules run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the company ERP system
• Review orders to ensure pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery details are correct
• Process amendments and updates to customer orders
• Liaise with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently
• Assist with preparing quotations and sales documentation
• Respond to customer and internal enquiries regarding orders and delivery status
• Maintain accurate customer and product records
• Support the sales team with general administrative duties
• Ensure a high level of accuracy while working to daily deadlines

About You

• Previous experience in data entry, sales administration, customer service, or administration
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto is highly regarded
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team
