Sales Operationsは、営業組織を支える業務プロセスの最適化やデジタル化、BPO・コールセンター運用管理に加え、各種レポーティングやデータバリデーションも担う営業サポート部門です。営業活動の効率化と顧客満足度向上を目的に、システム運用、業務改善、データ分析、AI・自動化推進など多様な活動を行っています。
＜業務内容＞
Sales Data Enablement Managerとして、営業実績データの管理、各種レポーティング、データバリデーションなどを担当するチームのマネジメントを担っていただきます。
社内メンバーおよび外部委託先の業務を管理し、日常業務の安定運用、メンバー育成、データ品質の向上、業務の標準化および継続的な改善を推進していただきます。
本ポジションでは、正確かつタイムリーな営業データとレポートを提供し、Sales、Marketing、Financeなどの関係部門がデータを活用してInsightを得て、具体的なActionにつなげられる環境を整備します。
営業実績データの収集、加工、検証、レポート作成までの一連のプロセスを管理し、データの正確性、整合性、可用性および納期を確保します。また、データから把握できる傾向、異常値、課題および改善機会を関係部門に共有し、ビジネス上の意思決定やActionの実行を支援します。
特定の担当者の経験や知識に依存している業務については、プロセス、手順、判断基準、チェック方法およびバックアップ体制を整備し、チームとして継続的に運用できる状態へ改善していただきます。
さらに、関係部門、外部委託先およびシステム担当者と連携し、Power Platform、AI、自動化ツールなどを活用した業務改善施策の企画、推進および運用定着を進めていただきます。
このポジションには、Data Operationsチームの日常業務を安定的に運営しながら、データ品質の向上、業務の属人化解消、外部委託先を含む運用体制の標準化および自動化を推進することが期待されます。
