Job Description

  • 於客戶服務中心向顧客提供產品資料及服務詳情,並協助完成銷售

  • 解答顧客有關產品查詢、使用指引、保養資料及售後服務相關事宜

  • 處理售後服務交易,包括安排送貨及換貨事宜

  • 透過不同溝通渠道提供專業的銷售及售後支援

  • 協助處理一般行政工作,包括庫存及產品資料更新,以及維持客戶服務中心之整潔

  • 跟進維修查詢、維修進度及相關安排

  • 執行管理層指派的其他工作

  • 中學畢業(香港中學文憑或同等學歷);具專上教育程度者優先考慮

  • 具最少一年銷售及/或客戶服務經驗,具零售經驗者優先考慮

  • 具備基本電腦操作知識(Microsoft Office、系統輸入、中文輸入法)

  • 操流利廣東話;具基本英語及普通話溝通能力

  • 以客為本,具良好溝通技巧、銷售及人際關係技巧

  • 積極主動、有耐性及責任感

  • 每星期最少工作三天,於星期一至星期六輪班工作
