As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist to support prospective customers through consultative, phone-based sales conversations and help qualified individuals confidently move through the enrollment process.
The Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from prospective customers interested in the company's telehealth services and prescription treatment options.
The Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist will build rapport, understand customer needs and concerns, address objections, explain the purchasing process, and guide qualified prospects toward enrollment. This is a consultative sales role that requires balancing conversion goals with an empathetic, customer-first approach.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at closing warm inbound opportunities, and comfortable navigating sensitive health and wellness conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Handle inbound sales calls from prospective customers interested in the company's services.
Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment and purchasing process.
Identify customer needs, motivations, concerns, and buying signals during conversations.
Confidently move qualified opportunities toward a successful close.
Answer non-clinical questions regarding pricing, enrollment, promotions, timelines, and the purchasing process.
Explain available promotions, discounts, and special offers according to company guidelines.
Follow up with interested prospects when additional communication is appropriate.
Maintain a consultative approach focused on helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Build rapport and establish trust quickly during inbound conversations.
Use active listening to understand customer concerns and motivations.
Address objections related to pricing, enrollment, processes, and other non-clinical concerns.
Help customers work through hesitation without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.
Maintain empathy and professionalism during sensitive conversations related to health and wellness.
Create a positive customer experience that supports both conversion and long-term customer retention.
Protect confidential customer information and follow HIPAA requirements.
Maintain appropriate boundaries between sales conversations and clinical guidance.
Escalate medical and clinical questions to licensed healthcare professionals according to established procedures.
Follow company guidelines regarding approved customer communications and information.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Manage customer interactions and sales activities within the company's CRM platform.
Maintain detailed and accurate notes for customer conversations.
Keep prospect information, follow-up activities, and customer status up to date.
Track interested prospects and ensure appropriate follow-up occurs.
Maintain organized customer records throughout the enrollment process.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
Participate in ongoing sales coaching, quality assurance reviews, and product training.
Apply coaching and feedback to improve sales conversations and conversion performance.
Quickly develop strong knowledge of the company's products, promotions, processes, and approved customer information.
Continuously improve objection handling, active listening, and consultative sales techniques.
2+ years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, consultative sales, or a high-performing customer-facing role.
Proven experience closing warm inbound sales opportunities.
Experience handling objections and converting interested prospects into customers.
Experience managing customer conversations through structured sales processes.
Customer service experience is strongly preferred.
Experience using CRM platforms to document customer interactions and sales activity.
Strong phone-based sales and consultative selling skills.
Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with prospective customers.
Strong objection-handling and closing abilities.
High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive conversations professionally.
Ability to balance customer experience with sales and conversion objectives.
Experience using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar systems.
Strong attention to detail when documenting customer conversations and follow-up activities.
Ability to quickly learn new products, processes, systems, and workflows.
Ability to follow structured sales, compliance, and escalation procedures.
Qualified inbound opportunities consistently convert into completed enrollments and customers.
