Sales Counselor / Sales Director
Confidential search for a sales professional to support and/or lead occupancy growth within a premier senior living community. This role can be structured at the Sales Counselor or Sales Director level depending on experience and will focus on driving census, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospects through the decision process
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources
• Develop and execute strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Maintain CRM accuracy and track sales performance metrics
• (Director level) Lead sales strategy, analyze market trends, and oversee overall sales performance
• (Director level) Coach and mentor team members and drive accountability to goals
Qualifications
• 2+ years of sales experience for counselor level; 5+ years for director level
• Senior living or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
• Leadership experience required for director-level consideration
