Job Description


Role Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving operational efficiency, ensuring seamless order processing, and strengthening coordination between internal departments and channel partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical ability, and a structured approach to sales operations management.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Operations Support


  • Coordinate with the sales team for order booking, documentation, and dispatch processes

  • Ensure timely processing of orders in ERP/CRM systems

  • Track daily sales reports, targets, and performance data

  • Monitor pending orders, dispatch timelines, and payment follow-ups


2. Distributor & Channel Coordination


  • Act as a single point of contact for distributors and channel partners for operational queries

  • Coordinate pricing approvals, schemes, and promotional communication

  • Support onboarding documentation for new distributors


3. Data Management & Reporting


  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports

  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and improvement areas

  • Share performance dashboards with management


4. Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Liaise with logistics, accounts, and production teams to ensure smooth execution

  • Support in resolving order-related or dispatch-related issues

  • Coordinate credit notes, debit notes, and invoice-related documentation


5. Sales Support Activities


  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals

  • Support implementation of sales schemes and promotional activities

  • Maintain updated customer database and sales pipeline


Eligibility Criteria


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations (preferably in manufacturing, renewable energy, or distribution-driven industry)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skill

  • CTC Offered upto 3lpa only
