About the role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating events, promotions, and various sales activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.

In this role, you will:

• Support the sales team by organizing and coordinating events, promotions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining project timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing excellent customer service.
• Provide organizational and administrative support to ensure the team's success.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.

Our requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in event/promotion support.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Experience managing budgets and coordinating project timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a strong team player.
• A quick learner with the ability to motivate and engage others.
• Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and tackle challenges with a proactive mindset.
