- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role within a fast-moving, high-energy environment is ideal but not essential. Attitude is key to success with this role!
- Educated to degree level, or alternatively hold a mix of relevant work experience and qualifications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at juggling multiple tasks, ensuring priorities are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Be comfortable acting on your own initiative, solving problems before they arise, and actively support your team to drive outstanding results.
- Comfortable with technology and have a solid understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint – you know your way around these tools to get things done efficiently
- Laser focused on details, keeping everything in order, ensuring no task is overlooked and deadlines are met.
- Strong communicator; clear, self-assured, and professional – both written and verbal with a confident, articulate phone manner.
