
Sales Coordinator & Product Development Support
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
CAD $45,000 – $50,000 + benefits
A growing consumer products company supplying major retailers across North America is seeking a Sales Coordinator & Product Development Support professional to join their team in Toronto.
This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in PowerPoint and Excel, who enjoys supporting sales initiatives, building polished presentations, and coordinating cross-functional projects related to product launches and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain sales presentations, sell sheets, and customer-facing materials
• Support line reviews, buyer meetings, and sales pitches
• Coordinate product development initiatives between Sales, Supply Chain, and Sourcing teams
• Track timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Analyze and organize sales and product data using Excel
• Maintain accurate product information and sales documentation
• Support ongoing product launch and packaging initiatives
Qualifications:
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation quality
• Experience in consumer products, retail, packaging, or product development is considered an asset
This is a hybrid position based in Toronto with occasional travel as needed.
