We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the continued growth of our Northern & Eastern Europe business. Reporting to the Sales Lead, Northern & Eastern Europe, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the region. This role combines customer relationship management, order administration, reporting and commercial support, ensuring products are delivered to customers on time and in line with their requirements.

You'll be

  • Building solid, positive relationships with our customers and maximising revenue opportunities customers across the Northern & Eastern Europe region
  • Processing customer orders accurately and managing back orders through to resolution
  • Monitoring stock availability and supporting stock allocation activities
  • Communicating order confirmations, stock updates and delivery information to customers
  • Providing regular updates on order status and back orders to customers and the Sales team
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
  • Supporting the Sales team with administrative and coordination activities
  • Preparing sales reports, data analysis and commercial insights to support decision-making
  • Coordinating customer events, product launches and regional initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and information across internal systems

You'll have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administration or sales support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when processing orders
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with business systems and reporting tools, with knowledge of Power BI or D365 beneficial
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, positive and flexible approach to teamwork
  • A genuine appreciation for the Jellycat brand and what it represents
