We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Sales Coordinator located in Chennai, India.

Your tasks:

• Communication with national (if necessary international) customers (in writing and by telephone)
• Customer service and information of the customers regarding the product portfolio of test probes and test fixture parts
• First level customer support for example on consulting for alternative product solutions
• Creation and tracking of quotations
• Creation of internal Purchase Orders
• Close cooperation with Headquarter
• Processing of customer orders and follow up on payments
• Coordination of special deliveries at the customers’ requests
• Maintain customer portals
• Preparing weekly reports (booking and billing)
• Processing of complaints

Your skills:

• University degree or diploma in mechanical or electronical engineering or similar
• 2-3 years of working experience in similar position
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems (preferred SAP)
• Ability to work in a team
• High customer focus with ability to empathize with others
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eye for details and ability to work with numbers
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a structured manner
• Good knowledge in English (oral and written)
