The Sales Coordinator – Health & Wellness plays a critical role in enabling the commercial Organization by coordinating sales support activities, managing customer and internal requests, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting cross-functional execution. This role allows Sales Account Managers to focus on customer strategy and growth while ensuring requests, documentation, reporting, and internal processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Account Managers and Commercial Leaders through day-to-day sales coordination activities.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for customer documentation, regulatory, quality, and technical requests for Health & Wellness products. Mainly supporting platinum level customers
  • Enter, track, and follow up on customer and internal requests in Salesforce, ensuring timely completion and clear status communication.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and analytics related to pipeline support, request status, KPIs, and business performance.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, hygiene, and documentation tracking.
  • Coordinate sample and pricing requests, ensuring internal workflows are completed and stakeholders are informed of timelines.
  • Support the Nutrition Food & Beverage Sales team by coordinating H&W documentation, assisting with new customer set-up, and navigating H&W systems and processes to enable the sale of H&W into Food & Beverage customers and enable effective tracking of new business obtained through F&B sales colleagues

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two to four (2-4) years’ experience in sales or project management. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal & external customers.
  • The ability to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend, and communicate orally and in writing; and to effectively communicate in person, by telephone, and in written form.
  • Computer competent, with demonstrated ability in the use of spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic mathematics skills
  • Ability to create complex reports using pivot tables in excel
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • The individual must be committed to corporate ethics policies & safety programs.
  • Position requires sitting for prolonged periods, heavy phone use, and standing, bending, kneeling, and operating a keyboard.

First 90 Days

  • Achieves full proficiency in Salesforce workflows, reporting, and request tracking
  • Demonstrates consistent, timely follow-up on all assigned requests
  • Builds strong working relationships with Sales, Regulatory, Quality, and other key stakeholders including account managers across Nutrition & Carb Solutions, enabling growth across the food & beverage segment
  • Improves visibility by establishing clear tracking and communication on open requests
  • Identifies initial opportunities for process improvement

90–180 Days

  • Delivers reliable, standardized reporting used by commercial leadership
  • Proactively manages and prioritizes high-value customer requests (especially platinum accounts)
  • Improves CRM data hygiene and reporting accuracy across supported accounts
  • Implements at least 1–2 process improvements that increase team efficiency or reduce friction
  • Becomes a trusted partner to Account Managers, enabling more effective customer engagement including those across other business units, enabling more effective customer engagement

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$55,200.00 - $91,000.00
