Job Description

Company Background:

We are representing a well-known oil and gas equipment company in Alam Damai, Cheras As they are expanding, they are looking for Sales Coordinators to join their team.

**Degree, Diploma or SPM holders all are welcomed to apply.

Job Requirements:

  • Reliable and responsible for managing administrative tasks related to the sales process (Purchase Order, Oversea Delivery Arrangement, Invoicing & Reporting)
  • Able to handling customer inquiries from various platform such as portal, email and etc
  • Strong communication skill and able to communicate with supplier, client, forwarding company and etc in English
  • Requiring strong organizational skills which is able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, independently and prioritize effectively

Requirements & Details:

  • Applicants with minimum experience for 6 months are preferred
  • Degree, Diploma or SPM holders all are welcomed to apply.
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 5:30PM)
  • Annual Leaves: 14 days
  • Average 2-3 months annual bonus
  • Medical coverage
