Be the Calm Behind the Team – Experienced Dispatch & Scheduling Coordinator

We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Dispatch & Scheduling Coordinator who can remain calm under pressure, think ahead and keep our technicians and customers informed throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the organised force behind our daily field operations, responsible for:

• Coordinating daily schedules for plumbers and electricians
• Dispatching technicians efficiently across the service area
• Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules in real time
• Responding calmly when emergencies, delays or last-minute changes arise
• Communicating clearly with technicians and customers
• Managing inbound calls and prioritising urgent work
• Following up bookings, customer updates and job completions
• Maintaining accurate job information in our CRM system
• Working closely with our customer service and operations teams
• Keeping multiple moving parts organised without losing attention to detail

This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys solving problems, making decisions and keeping the day running smoothly—even when the original plan changes.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have at least two years’ experience in dispatch, scheduling or a similar operations role
• Can remain composed and solutions-focused during busy periods
• Are confident making decisions and managing competing priorities
• Communicate warmly and professionally with customers and tradespeople
• Are exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
• Can anticipate problems and act before they affect the schedule
• Have strong computer, scheduling or CRM experience
• Bring personality, positivity and a genuine team attitude
• Take accountability and follow tasks through to completion

Experience in plumbing, electrical, home services or another trade-services environment will be highly regarded.
