About the Opportunity
• Hybrid working model: 1-day WFH / 4-days on-site
• Monday to Friday roster
• A highly administrative role at the heart of the sales team, ensuring timely, accurate information flow and effective coordination across all stakeholders.
We’re looking for a detail orientated and well organised Sales Coordinator - Corporate to be the backbone of our high-performing Sales team at TFE Hotels. You’ll bring structure, organisation, and energy to a fast-paced environment—ensuring seamless coordination, accurate reporting, and clear, timely communication across internal and external stakeholders, while giving the team the insights, tools, and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain CRM systems, databases, dashboards, and trackers
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
• Manage incoming leads and ensure prompt follow-up
• Support sales plans, tenders, and quarterly reviews
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and sales travel
• Assist with invoicing, commissions, and account allocations
• Provide administrative support to the Associate Director of Sales
What you’ll bring:
• Experience in sales support, client liaison, or a similar role (hotel or hospitality experience highly regarded)
• A natural organiser who thrives on juggling priorities and getting things done
• A sharp eye for detail—nothing slips past you
• Strong communication skills with polished writing and confident delivery
• Confidence pulling together and presenting impactful materials
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• CRM/database savvy such as: Opera & Dynamics 365, Protel (desirable)
• A proactive mindset—you anticipate, act, and follow through
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship required)
