Job Description

Sales Support

  • Sending rate requests/rate filing requests/free time to commercial teams
  • Create quotations in the system, send/update quotations to customers according to avoid the manifest correctors.
  • Update schedules/services changes to customers
  • Receive phone calls & reply emails when Sales are out of office.
  • Checking the spaces/Equipment
  • Update the booking/EQ forecast to Sales Managers & related departments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to settle problems if any.
  • Meeting preparation: customer performance report/pending issues/…

Customer follow-up

  • Use CRM system to monitor the customer performance by vessels, by service, by NOR, by weekly, by month etc.,
  • Monitor new & lost customer to achieve the target

New Lead

  • Assist A/O to develop more new customers by calling all potential leads, fix appointments with new clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/economy or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good level computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoints
  • Foreign language: English & Chinese (communication)
