Job Description

Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Varies by location

Our beverage company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely processing and accurate reporting of week-end and month-end reports.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of all sales incentives to payroll.
  • Communicate all supplier sales incentives to sales team.
  • Produce correspondence, reports, meeting notes, lists and other business communications in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
  • Maintain weekly ad board, track weekly ads, and distribute to sales staff.
  • Maintain accurate reports
  • Work with sales team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate needs.

Key Competencies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Work Environment

This job operates indoors in a sedentary office setting.

Physical Demands

  • Lift/Carry & Push/Pull up to 20 lbs.
  • Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp.
  • Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp throughout entire shift Work indoors and outdoors.
  • Work indoors in a sedentary office setting

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days/hours of work vary, and may include weekends.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High School diploma or GED required

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Advanced VIP/Cognos experience preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year administrative experience supporting sales team
