Sales Coordinator (Americas )
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Sales Coordinator on the Americas Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling Commercial Team looks a little like this.
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator role are to provide general project support for the NORA wholesale team. The nature of work will include both routine administrative responsibilities as well as a variety of special projects requiring creativity and ingenuity. This position will be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion and will demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent organization, attention to detail, polished communication, planning and problem-solving skills. This role will report to the Head of Sales for Americas Packs.

Project management support for sales operations and retail marketing initiatives in US / Canada.
Assist with account set up and follow-up for special projects/collaborations as needed.
Assist with item set ups for accounts as needed.
Collaborate with planning on seasonal sample orders for US and Canada needs.
Coordinate and maintain sales warehouse items, sample storage, organization, distribution, and seasonal maintenance.
Showroom setup, coordination, clean-up, and maintenance.
Assist in balancing department expenditures; coordinate invoice payments and submit expenses via Corporate Expense Report system (SAP, Coupa, VFID)
Read and route incoming/outgoing mail, forward appropriate information to other executives / associates, follow-up with correspondence replies and action items.
Use spreadsheets, word processing programs, power point, and other standard software to create and edit presentation materials, reports, and other documents.
Coordinate and distribute all GTM assets needed for US and Canada Sales
Assist as needed with the brands donation database and logistics.
Manage sales rep database, assist with rep contracts, bi-yearly renewals, and account termination process.
Help coordinating all aspects of account visits, travel arrangements, annual global Sales Meetings (Spring / Fall), tradeshows, conferences, and offsite meetings.
Help direct and assist NORA, CASA, APAC, and EU sales requests for information concerning all 3 brands to appropriate departments and individuals.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Experience in operational and project management support primarily reporting to senior leadership.
Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent PC skills and ability to efficiently use basic software and platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Travel & Expense Platforms, Project Management Platforms, etc.).
Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow through on matters of urgency.
Travel required: 10%

Hiring Range
$57,200.00 USD - $71,500.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
