As an Sales Coordinator - AI / IOT, you will primarily focus on client coordination and relationship support, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role emphasizes managing day-to-day client interactions, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams (technical, project, and delivery teams)
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned client accounts
• Ensure clear communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provide regular updates and status reports to clients
• Address client queries and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams
• Monitor account activity and ensure client satisfaction is maintained
• Support overall account operations and coordination activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in client coordination, account support, or project coordination roles (tech background preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Basic understanding of software/technology projects is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
