  • Track customer inquiries, account actions, bidding-list registrations and sales follow-ups.
  • Develop sales dashboards, customer performance reports and account summaries; highlight trends, risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide concise weekly activity reports on outreach, customer relationships, opportunities and outstanding commitments.

Sales Administration & Coordination

  • Manage sales calendars, schedule customer meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes and track action items through completion.
  • Prepare and format sales presentations, customer correspondence, account summaries, and internal reports.
  • Organize digital sales files, customer records, contact lists, standard templates and shared reference materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, customer visits and sales-related events as required.
  • Maintain follow-up trackers for customer requests, service issues, account commitments and sales representative action items.
  • Assist with onboarding new customer accounts by collecting contact details, maintaining records and coordinating internal handoffs.
  • Support preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews by compiling customer data, updating charts and coordinating presentation materials.
  • Track administrative deadlines, circulate updates and help sales representatives stay organized and prepared.

What You Bring

  • At least 2–3 years of B2B sales, inside sales, account coordination or business development experience, including direct customer contact.
  • Confidence making outbound calls, introducing services, building relationships and following up consistently.
  • Strong customer service, professional communication, organization and accountability.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
