Salary: up to £32,000 + discretionary bonus

Hybrid Working: Flexible/Hybrid (3 days mandatory per week in our London office)

Location: Current Location, Elstree - Moving to London Bridge from January 2027

Medik8 is on a remarkable growth journey and now positioned to scale globally. To support this next phase, we now have an exciting opportunity for a high-performing Sales Coordinator to join our EMEA & ROW B2B team and play a pivotal role in our international expansion.

This role will be a key support to the EMEA & ROW B2B Sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, efficient coordination with 19 distributors, and insightful data analysis to drive commercial performance. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a high level of ownership to ensure core sales processes and deliverables are executed accurately, efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Order & Monthly Distributor Data Management:

• Process distributor orders in line with deadlines and expected accuracy.
• Own distributor order process end to end, from order receiving to order collection. Coordinate with departments in the process, from demand planner, to operation team to finance team, and externally with distributors to make sure smooth process and order collected on time.
• Collect sell-out performance and other monthly KPIs from distributors, including the maintenance of the templates and data linking with Tableau

Sales Team & Distributor Coordination:

• Act as a central point of contact between the EMEA & ROW Sales team and distributors for order, monthly data and admin related queries.
• Support communication flow on new product launches to collect NPD forecasts.
• Dealing most efficiently with all complaints received, looking into customer satisfaction and profit impact of decisions.

Data & Analysis:

• Conduct regular order reviews and provide commentary on performance, for example actual order vs forecast & budget and connect with BDMs.
• Analyse sell-in and sell-out data to suggest order opportunities for key markets and key skus, highlight overall trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support NPD (New Product Development) launch tracking and performance analysis.

Requirements:

Essential

• Demonstrable experience in a commercial coordination, sales support, or B2B operations role, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.
• Strong data and analytical mindset with the capability to interpret commercial data, spot market trends, and turn raw numbers into clear actionable insights.
• Outstanding attention to detail with proven ability to prioritise multiple deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to interact with cross-functional stakeholders, internal teams and external international accounts.

Desirable

• Practical experience working with tools such as Google Sheets, Odoo ERP, or Tableau analytics software.
• Prior exposure to international trade, export logistics, or distributor account management.
