Blue Ash, OH | Onsite 5 Days per Week | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per Hour
Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Exceptional candidates with highly relevant experience may be considered above the posted range.

In this role, you'll partner directly with our Sales Representatives and play a key role in ensuring customer orders move seamlessly from initial purchase through final delivery. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales success, and operational efficiency across the company.
What You'll Do
As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the hub that connects customers, sales representatives, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every order is handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the sales order process from order receipt through product delivery.
- Support assigned Sales Representatives by providing exceptional administrative and operational support.
- Process purchase orders, customer invoices, transportation arrangements, installation scheduling, and final order costing.
- Calculate gross profit and support commission reporting activities.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Accounting, Service, Purchasing, and other departments.
- Ensure accurate order entry and maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle.
- Partner with the Accounting team to resolve billing and receivable issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Identify and resolve order-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, Administrative Support, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Experience supporting a field sales team or coordinating customer orders and quotations.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, shipping, or order fulfillment environments is highly valued, with an understanding of coordinating deliveries, managing timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
