Job Description

Our client is a sizable consumer electronics company.

Sales Admin Clerk / Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare the sales reports and manage the sales database or system
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide information related to sales channels
  • Reach out relevant channels for related business information
  • Assist in the preparation of new product launch
  • Preform any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma Holder or equivalent qualifications
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • High proficiency in Excel (V-look up & Pivot Table) is a must
  • Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and good communication skill
  • Immediate available is preferred
