REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF SERVICE SALES
Fives Intralogistics Corp. is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented sales professional to support the Service Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, handling incoming client inquiries and processing orders, maintaining customer databases (CRM), and acting as a liaison between sales representatives and clients. Reporting to the Director of Service Sales, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, assisting with proposal preparation, generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics, building relationships, and providing administrative support to account managers.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator who acts as the backbone of the sales team. Key traits include proficiency in CRM software, strong customer relationship management, exceptional verbal/written communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Beyond the primary coordination responsibilities, you will be expected to manage high-volume data, maintain accurate records, and coordinate schedules without being overwhelmed. This position is eligible for hybrid work, with occasional in-office presence required. In-office days are essential for coordinating with cross-functional teams, using office tools, preparing sales materials, and gathering in-person updates from internal departments.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
TRAVEL
This position requires semi-frequent business travel by airplane, personal/rental car, and public transportation both domestically and internationally. The ability to secure a rental car and pay for all reimbursable travel expenses is essential. The candidate must be willing to travel as required and be capable of completing international travel of 10 or more hours. Overnight travel is approximately 10% or less.
