Moduline Homes in Medicine Hat, AB, is looking for a full time, in person Sales Coordinator.

The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills with knowledge and experience in Outlook, Word, Excel & Adobe. Must also be willing and able to learn our unique Salesbook and Invoicing software. Position requires someone with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Sales experience and basic residential building knowledge would be an asset. Daily communication with the retailer network and strong customer service skills is required. Great benefits and RRSP program included.

Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties but not limited to:

1. ORDERS:
   1. Process orders & maintain home files (hard copy and electronic).
   2. Communicate with retailers on quotes and current orders and shipment dates.
   3. Ensure responses back to retailers on questions and requests are completed in a timely manner.
   4. Adheres to company policies as to product & option pricing. Ensure accuracy of all pricing, specs, special instructions, custom charges & confirm with GM/SM signature any discounts or no charge options, confirmation signature from retailer on applicable order & print.
   5. Communicate with drafting to ensure all changes are done correctly on the black line and elevation. Request prints and documents from drafting as required.
   6. Facilitate Schedule meeting, enter schedule data in appropriate spreadsheets & update digital home file.
   7. Before scheduling for production ensure all orders are returned, checked, and signed by the retailer.
   8. Before scheduling for production ensure all homes have either an approval number or a deposit received or are approved to schedule by the GM or Sales Manager.
   9. Facilitate release meeting. Clarify any issues, update, and finalize orders. Disperse release once finalized.
   10. Issue & process change orders, ensuring PM & GM signature for scheduled homes & tracking sheet is filled in. Update online Salesbook, electronic home file & Navision as needed.
   11. Apply for finance approval #s and ensure they are provided prior to home starting along with deposit if required.
   12. Ensure NAV order entry is accurate & matches current sales book prior to invoicing. Update as required.
   13. Invoice homes. Confirm with Production & Sales Mgr. for Month End invoicing prep. Complete the Invoice Check Form for all completed invoices (HB# 5047), ensuring the General Manager signs off on any discounts. Ensure all invoicing documents are signed and returned as required.
   14. Fill out concession forms for any discounts and submit for approval as needed.
   15. Ensure all required prints are signed and returned by retailer prior to home starting.
   16. Adheres to company policies as to product pricing, pre-shipment, and financial clearance prior to home shipment.
2. REPORTING:
   1. Responsible for updating, maintaining & submitting all reports as required ensuring accuracy. Archive & create new spreadsheets as needed.
   2. Update & distribute monthly reports as required ensuring accuracy of data.
3. Sales:
   1. Educate & train retail salespeople and employees on product, online ordering system & our processes.
   2. Maintain pricing, descriptions, and document accuracy in Online Salesbook.
   3. Ensure all option photos are current and update as required.
   4. Maintain home brand spec sheets and ensure change log on product "specs" is kept updated.
   5. Maintain Quote files & tracking spreadsheet.
   6. Maintain Sales Tracker spreadsheet, updating as required.
   7. Update dealer list and retailer log ins. Maintain accuracy of email addresses on document distribution list for invoicing, memos etc.
   8. Prepare sales memos as required by Sales Manager or GM.
   9. Maintain & create sales forms as required including Quote, Change Order, Brochure Request, etc.
   10. Observe Moduline website and inform web-designer of any changes or updates as required.
   11. Ship out samples & brochures as requested from retailers. Ensure that the available on hand inventory is sufficient to meet needs.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

CA$20.00-CA$26.00 per hour based on experience
